I just wanna point out the purple band on my wrist... It was given to me at FedConUSA by a young gurl and her mother to help promote awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Very few people know this by I've been involved in charity related events for cystic fibrosis since i was 12, which is when I held a "bring and buy" sale to raise funds to support further research into the disease. This purple band has rarely been off my wrist since FedConUSA, and serves to remind me of the good people I met while working down in Texas, people who I regret to say I don't actually have any means to contact.
